Merchandiser - Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are hiring a Merchandiser to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and executing product displays and promotions to increase sales and attract customers. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for product placement and ensure that our products are properly stocked and displayed in retail stores. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalee language
- Previous experience as a merchandiser or in retail sales preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays according to company guidelines
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for product placement and promotions
- Maintain proper stock levels of products in retail stores
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock situations
- Ensure that all products are priced accurately and have proper shelf tags or labels
- Communicate with store managers regarding any issues or concerns with product displays or stock levels
- Conduct market research on trends and competitor products to inform merchandising strategies

Salary: $1400 per month
