We are hiring a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker for our construction company in Izhevsk. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete structures according to project specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of the structure
- Prepare the worksite by setting up forms, scaffolding, and other necessary equipment
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools such as wheelbarrows, shovels, and rakes
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Apply finishing techniques such as stamping or coloring to create desired texture or appearance
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality results
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after each use

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete in a construction setting is preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with different types of concrete mixes and their applications
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are an advantage)
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
