Concrete Worker

Our company is seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Worker to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects, including but not limited to buildings, roads, and bridges. This is a full-time position that requires physical strength and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark designated areas for concrete placement
- Prepare and set up formwork according to specifications
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and level surfaces using trowels or other hand tools
- Finish concrete with special tools to create desired textures or patterns
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Clean tools and equipment after each use
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with concrete is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Good communication skills in Malayalee or English preferred but not required

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts as needed.
