Job Title: Architectural Designer/Industrial Architect



As an Architectural Designer/Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and within budget. You will also be responsible for creating detailed plans, drawings, and models using specialized software programs, as well as conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their requirements and goals for industrial building projects.
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models of industrial structures using specialized software programs.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in industrial architecture or a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Creative thinking skills to come up with innovative solutions for design challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise drawings and plans.
- Ability to travel to construction sites as needed.
