Office Manager - Almada, Portugal
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Almada, Portugal. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office logistics such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and managing correspondence
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinating training sessions
- Manage calendars and schedules for the team
- Act as the main point of contact for visitors and clients
- Prepare reports and presentations when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an office management or administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Portuguese labor laws
