Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. Your main duties will include safely operating the equipment, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and following all safety regulations and procedures. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating heavy equipment and possess a valid biometric passport. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. Accommodation is not provided for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures at all times
- Transport materials using the appropriate equipment
- Use hand signals or radios to communicate with other crew members
- Keep track of fuel consumption and report any issues or malfunctions to superiors
- Complete daily logs of equipment usage and maintenance tasks
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines
- Maintain a clean worksite at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid biometric passport for international travel (if applicable)
- Ability to operate different types of heavy equipment efficiently and safely
- Basic knowledge of mechanics for performing routine maintenance tasks
- Physical strength and stamina to handle long hours of operation
- Excellent hand-eye coordination with attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
