We are currently hiring an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional design solutions for buildings and structures. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and project objectives
- Create 2D and 3D drawings using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design feasibility
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software
- Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
