As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales team in our company. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Build relationships with new and existing clients to promote our products/services
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Set targets for the sales team and monitor their performance
- Prepare regular reports on sales progress and provide recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Ability to meet sales targets consistently
- Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
