Nurse Supervisor

We are a healthcare facility located in the bustling city of Gujrat and we are in need of a skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the nursing department
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including training and development
- Evaluate staff performance and address any issues or concerns
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient care processes
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to patient care
- Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle any emergencies or critical situations that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- Valid nursing license from Gujrat (or willingness to obtain one)
- Proven experience as a Nurse Supervisor or similar role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle high-stress situations
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
- Proficient in medical record keeping software
