Cruise Line Customer Service Representative
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to work for our Cruise Line in Doha. As a representative, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests while on board. Your duties will include assisting with check-in, answering questions and concerns, and providing information about the cruise itinerary. You will also handle guest complaints, resolve issues, and maintain excellent communication between guests and crew members.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the cruise industry is a plus
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Answer any questions or concerns guests may have
- Provide information about the cruise itinerary, activities, and onboard services
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Maintain open communication with guests and fellow crew members
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations on board
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
Location:
This job is located on a cruise ship in Doha, Qatar.
Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian nationals who are fluent in English. However, all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
