Cruise Line Customer Service Representative (Indian Nationals)

As a Customer Service Representative for our Cruise Line, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests from India. You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests from India, answering questions and addressing concerns related to their cruise experience
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats from customers, actively listening to their needs and finding appropriate solutions
- Work closely with other departments to resolve guest issues and provide updates on the status of any ongoing inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions through our CRM system
- Assist with pre-cruise planning for Indian guests, including coordinating special requests and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed
- Monitor social media channels to respond to any customer feedback or reviews in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Hindi; additional language skills such as Tamil or Bengali are highly preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with empathy
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month plus bonuses based on performance.

City:
This position is located in Doha but may require occasional travel to other cruise destinations.
