Cruise Line Sales Executive



As a Cruise Line Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling cruise packages to potential customers. Your main goal will be to attract new customers and retain existing ones by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell various cruise packages to potential customers, including individuals, families, and groups.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about available packages, destinations, prices, and amenities.
- Identify customer needs and preferences and offer suitable packages to meet their requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service before, during, and after the cruise.
- Handle booking transactions, process payments, and manage reservations accurately.
- Collaborate with other departments within the cruise line to ensure smooth operations for customers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' offerings in order to make effective sales pitches.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service in the travel industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of different cruise line offerings, destinations, and itineraries is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Salary: 1500$ per month + commission on sales.

Location: Doha, Qatar (Indian nationals preferred).
