Job Title: Preservation Architect


We are currently searching for a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Preservation Architect, you will play a crucial role in the restoration and preservation of historical buildings and structures. Your main responsibility will be to assess the condition of these buildings, develop preservation plans, and oversee construction projects to ensure that the structures are restored to their original state.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical structures, identifying any damage or deterioration
- Develop detailed preservation plans, including cost estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that preservation projects are carried out effectively
- Oversee construction projects to ensure that all work is done according to the plan and meets preservation standards
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for restoration projects
- Research historical building materials and techniques in order to accurately restore structures
- Monitor progress of restoration projects and provide regular updates to clients or stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in historic preservation
- Strong knowledge of architectural history and preservation techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software

Salary: 1100$ per month
