Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data from various sources. You will use your expertise in data mining and statistical analysis to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large sets of data from multiple sources
- Analyze data using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
- Identify patterns, correlations, and trends in the data
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions
- Develop dashboards and reports to track key metrics
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in data analytics or related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages used for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in simple terms
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

Location: Izhevsk (with possibility for remote work)
Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
