Indian Executive Chef in Izhevsk, Russia
We are searching for a skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our restaurant in Izhevsk, Russia. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that reflect the authentic flavors and dishes of Indian cuisine.
- Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and sanitation practices.
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Indian Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to create new dishes while also following traditional recipes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have valid work visa sponsorship or be willing to obtain one.
