Senior Level Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Level Developer to join our dynamic team in Kaunas. As a senior developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions for our clients. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other developers to design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Write clean, efficient code using various programming languages (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues in a timely manner
- Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality and identify potential improvements
- Keep up-to-date with latest technologies and trends in software development
- Mentor junior developers and assist with their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a developer in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, C++, Python)
- Experience with software development tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins
- Familiarity with Agile methodology is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
