Indian Concierge in Salalah
As an Indian Concierge in Salalah, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests of a luxury hotel. You will assist guests with their needs and inquiries, ensuring that their stay is enjoyable and stress-free. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, or other activities
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure guest rooms are clean and well-stocked
- Maintain knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to answer guest questions accurately
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Communicate any special requests or needs from guests to the appropriate departments
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of Salalah city and surrounding areas is a plus
