We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to staff management, budgeting, inventory control, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue while maintaining high quality standards.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Address any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
