Part-Time Restaurant Manager
As a part-time restaurant manager in Faro, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring that high-quality service and food are consistently provided to customers. You will work closely with the full-time restaurant manager to create schedules, train staff, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment. Your primary goal will be to provide an exceptional dining experience for every customer and ensure that the restaurant meets its financial targets.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating schedules for staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory levels and ordering supplies
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and meet customer expectations
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Work closely with the full-time restaurant manager to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage employee performance, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in a restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Location:
The role is based in Faro but occasional travel to other locations may be required.
