English Language Teacher


The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified and experienced English Language Teacher with a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of language acquisition. This role is for a well-established language center in Sharjah, UAE that specializes in providing quality English language instruction to non-native speakers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the needs of individual students
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and motivation
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop lesson plans and materials
- Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and progress reports
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Experience working with non-native speakers from diverse backgrounds
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
