Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)


We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our fine dining restaurant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As the head of the kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality dishes that meet the standards of our upscale restaurant. You will also manage and train a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and create menus that showcase a fusion of international flavors with local influences
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers while maintaining cost efficiency
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of necessary ingredients
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop seasonal menus and daily specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent training from a reputable institution preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines from around the world
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Creativity in menu planning while keeping up with current food trends
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be willing to relocate to Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ USD per month. Benefits include accommodation, transportation, health insurance, annual leave, and annual flight tickets.
