We are seeking a skilled baker to join our team in Remish. As a baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (Malayalam/Kiswahili proficiency preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a baker in a professional setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery area
- Order supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Train new bakers on company procedures and recipes
