Land Surveyor


We are a property development company based in Bansko, seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed measurements of land and properties to assist in the planning and development process.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting surveys of land and properties using specialized equipment
- Analyzing survey data and creating detailed maps and reports
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and other professionals to determine property boundaries and features
- Preparing legal descriptions of properties
- Providing support during the construction process by monitoring progress and ensuring adherence to plans
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of surveys
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software for mapping purposes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Bansko, Bulgaria (accommodation provided)

This is a contract position with the possibility of long-term employment. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Bulgaria. This position is open to all nationalities. Students majoring in surveying or related fields are welcome to apply.
