Junior Unity Developer in Los Angeles, USA


We are hiring a Junior Unity Developer to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Junior Unity Developer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing game mechanics, systems and features using the Unity engine. You will work closely with the design team to bring their ideas to life and ensure a smooth and engaging gameplay experience for our players.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to understand game mechanics and features
- Create prototypes and implement core gameplay systems using Unity
- Optimize game performance to ensure smooth gameplay experience on different devices
- Test and debug code to fix any issues that arise during development
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in game development using Unity
- Contribute ideas for improving game design and mechanics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of C# programming language
- Experience with Unity engine, including asset integration, animation, physics, and UI
- Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS/Android)
- Passion for gaming and ability to think creatively
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on at least one published game using Unity
- Knowledge of 3D modeling software like Maya or Blender
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology

Salary: $1400 per month
