Experienced Baker in Mauren, Egypt or Kenya

We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in either Mauren, Egypt or Kenya. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, cakes, and pastries. You must have extensive knowledge of baking techniques and be able to create high-quality baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients for baking according to recipes
- Mix and knead dough for various types of breads, cakes, and pastries
- Roll, cut, and shape dough into desired forms
- Bake items in ovens or on grills
- Decorate baked goods with icing, glazes, or other toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment
- Order supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker (minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of different types of flours and their uses in baking
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and measure ingredients precisely
- Familiarity with professional baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, etc.
- Creativity in decorating baked goods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards
- Good time-management skills
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
