Senior Baker


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Senior Baker to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Senior Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our bakery, while also creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the bakery operations, including budgeting, ordering supplies, and scheduling staff
- Create new recipes and ensure that all products are consistently high-quality and meet our standards
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to customer orders
- Train and mentor junior bakers on proper techniques and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Comply with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new products that appeal to our customers

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a professional baker in a commercial bakery setting
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, ingredients, equipment, and presentation
- Ability to manage a team effectively while also working independently
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Creativity and attention to detail when creating new recipes or decorating baked goods
- Understanding of food safety regulations and ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Faisalabad. Candidates who are already based in Faisalabad will be given preference.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with an initial duration of 1 year. Depending on performance, there may be an opportunity for a permanent position.
