Turner Technician



As a Turner Technician in our company, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the metalworking industry. Your main duty will be to shape and cut metal parts according to specific engineering drawings and instructions. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and physical strength.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate lathes, milling machines, drill presses, grinders, and other machine tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine the specifications of a part
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal parts using precision measuring instruments
- Use hand tools such as files and scrapers to smooth and finish surfaces of parts
- Monitor machine operation to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Turner or similar role in the metalworking industry
- In-depth knowledge of various machine tools used in turning processes
- Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring instruments
- Physical strength to lift heavy materials and operate machinery for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Urdu is a plus)
- Must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Lahore, Pakistan.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements in Lahore.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide free visa sponsorship for foreign employees. However, candidates must cover their own travel expenses.
