A reputable property management company in Los Angeles is seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repairs, as well as exceptional problem-solving skills. This position is open to all nationalities but preference will be given to Filipino candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of properties and identify any potential issues
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems such as HVAC and appliances
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance work completed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in general maintenance or related field
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
