We are seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing efficient and functional industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, and use your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures according to client's specifications
- Preparing detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conducting site visits to assess project feasibility and gather necessary data
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design compatibility
- Adhering to building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Managing project timelines and budget constraints
- Providing support during construction phase as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in German or other languages
