Barber (Al-Rayyan)


As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing grooming services to clients in our salon located in Al-Rayyan. You will be expected to have excellent barbering skills and the ability to create various hairstyles and beard designs according to clients' preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality haircuts, beard trims, and other grooming services to clients.
- Listen attentively to clients' requests and provide suitable recommendations based on their hair type and face shape.
- Keep up with current trends in men's grooming and offer new styles and techniques to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized after each use.
- Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment for clients.
- Manage appointment bookings and handle payment transactions accurately.
- Upsell salon products to clients when appropriate.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with a portfolio of past work.
- Excellent knowledge of barbering techniques, including hair cutting, shaving, trimming, and styling.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively to clients' requests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or extended hours if necessary.
- A valid Barber license/certification from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory.
