A reputable construction company in Remish is seeking an experienced and qualified Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry and must be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and maintain project timelines and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or delays
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project
- Provide leadership and direction to the project team to achieve project goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Experience working with international teams is a plus
