English Speaking Part-Time Moderator


We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented English Speaking Part-Time Moderator to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities and forums to ensure that they adhere to our guidelines and policies. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online communities and forums to ensure compliance with guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community rules and regulations through warnings or bans when necessary
- Collaborate with team members on ways to improve community engagement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for community management

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience moderating online communities or forums preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact
- Ability to work independently and make decisions quickly
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Must be able to work part-time hours with flexibility for evenings/weekends
