As a Moderator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing online discussions and forums, ensuring that they remain respectful, on-topic, and abide by our community guidelines. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle conflicts with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure they adhere to our community guidelines
- Engage with users and respond to any questions or concerns in a timely manner
- Remove any inappropriate or offensive content from discussions
- Collaborate with team members to develop new community guidelines as needed
- Analyze user behavior and report any trends or issues to management
- Stay up-to-date on current events and trends within the community

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (no other language skills required)
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Proven experience moderating online discussions or forums
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts professionally

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (accommodation provided)
