Collector - Bungoma, India


As a Collector in Bungoma, India, you will be responsible for collecting payments from customers for outstanding debts. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available and does not require English proficiency. We welcome applications from freshers as well.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers via phone calls and emails to remind them of overdue payments
- Negotiating payment plans and settlements with customers
- Updating customer information and payment records in the database
- Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure timely payments and taking necessary actions for delinquent accounts
- Providing excellent customer service while handling sensitive financial information
- Adhering to all legal requirements and regulations related to debt collection

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in debt collection is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi/Marathi/Bengali (depending on the region)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with customers
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in using MS Office and database management systems
