Formworker for Construction Projects in Faisalabad

A reputable construction company in Faisalabad is seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating temporary structures or molds to hold concrete in place during the construction process. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the structural integrity and safety of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Interpret and follow blueprints, sketches, and building plans
- Measure and cut materials to desired specifications
- Assemble and secure temporary structures/molds according to construction needs
- Install reinforcing or structural components such as rebar or wire mesh
- Pour and spread concrete into molds, smooth surfaces, and remove excess material
- Use hand and power tools to shape, cut, smooth, or finish materials
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper drying/curing of concrete
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Knowledge of basic carpentry techniques, concrete mixing and pouring methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination

Salary: The salary for this position is $1600 per month without accommodation. We offer competitive pay rates based on experience and skills.
