We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Senior Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects. Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings, overseeing construction processes, and collaborating with clients to ensure their vision is brought to life. The ideal candidate should have a passion for architecture, strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction processes to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements and budget
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an Architect in a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Portuguese nationality or valid work permit/visa for Portugal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
