Job Title: Senior Architect - Faro, Portugal



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of architectural principles and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project goals
- Develop initial design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Oversee the preparation of detailed construction drawings and specifications
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project completion
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
