Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate prices to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Analyze consumer buying patterns and trends to make informed decisions regarding product selection
- Monitor inventory levels and make timely replenishment orders
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
- Create attractive displays and arrange merchandise in an appealing manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competition to stay ahead in the market
- Manage budgets and ensure targets are met or exceeded
- Work closely with sales teams to devise effective marketing strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Highly creative with a keen eye for visual merchandising
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office applications
