Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for growth
- Plan and attend sales events, trade shows, and networking events
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Train and mentor sales team members to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with attractive bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position located in Karachi. Accommodation will be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed.
