As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and structures using various welding techniques. This role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or templates
- Cut, shape, and bend metal pieces using tools such as shears, saws, and presses
- Weld or solder components together using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Inspect finished products for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in welding or metalworking preferred but not required
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and ability to read technical drawings
