We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our busy restaurant in Faisalabad. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, present menus, and take accurate orders
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and workstations
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Upsell additional menu items or specials to increase revenue
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant setting preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
