Land Surveyor in St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in beautiful St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and mapping the terrain to provide accurate data for construction projects. You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic and boundary surveys using various tools and equipment.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data.
- Monitor construction progress and provide updates on changes in terrain or property boundaries.
- Manage survey projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and delivery of accurate data.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while conducting surveys.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and implement new technologies into surveying methods.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools such as GPS, total stations, laser levels, etc.
- Strong understanding of land laws and regulations in Russia.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred:
- Fluency in English or other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience working on large-scale construction projects is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities, however proficiency in English is required for this role.
