Our company is currently seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring their proper functioning and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or issues
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in machine operation preferred but not required
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
