Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve company targets. You will oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Your main objective will be to drive sales growth and increase revenue through strategic planning, market analysis, and effective communication with clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and coaching team members, monitoring performance, and providing regular reports to senior management. This position requires strong leadership skills, experience in sales management, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Knowledge of the Porto market is preferred but not required. Salary for this position is 1200$ per month with accommodation provided.
