Sales Manager (Porto, Portugal)
We are in search of a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.
