Industrial Architect



We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Faro. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This role requires expertise in both architecture and engineering, as well as strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed designs, blueprints, and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to oversee the construction process
- Monitor progress of projects, resolve any issues or delays, and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is following plans accurately
- Communicate with clients throughout the process to provide updates and address any concerns or changes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect with a portfolio of successful projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This position is suitable for men who are able to relocate to Faro. Accommodation can be provided if needed. Applicants must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Portugal.
