Remote Computer Support Specialist

- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
- Experience with remote access tools such as TeamViewer or LogMeIn
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
