Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Malindi. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the project from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets all quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Identify potential issues or delays and find solutions
- Communicate with all stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members
- Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained
- Oversee budgeting and financial management of the project
- Supervise and manage construction teams on-site
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong leadership skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Malindi

Nationality: Canadian preferred but not required
