Sous Chef - Pakistani Cuisine
We are seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant specializing in Pakistani cuisine in Al Buraymi. As the Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure the highest quality food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Oversee and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff
- Monitor food quality and presentation, maintaining high standards at all times
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies to ensure stock levels are maintained
Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Experience working as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant, specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Strong knowledge of traditional Pakistani dishes and cooking techniques
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this position. We welcome freshers who are passionate about Pakistani cuisine and eager to learn from experienced chefs.
Language Requirement:
No English language skills are required for this position. However, fluency in Urdu or any other regional language is preferred.
