Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources for construction projects
- Oversee project planning and scheduling
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project documentation such as contracts, permits, and change orders
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to plan project details

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
